Welcome to Mulberry Farms, a 55+ active adult rental home community in Prescott Valley, Arizona. At Mulberry Farms, you won’t pay extra for modern conveniences like an attached garage with a private driveway, a large enclosed yard, or extra storage space — it’s all included! Your new 2- or 3-bedroom home even includes a full-sized washer and dryer at no extra cost. We’re pet friendly, too.

Living at Mulberry Farms you’ll always have something exciting to do. From weekly community events to resident-led clubs, off-property group excursions to philanthropic initiatives, you’ll find connecting with neighbors and staying active and social as easy as pie.

Stop by the Great Barn for a cup of coffee and to mingle with neighbors indoors. Like to play outdoors? Head to the courts for a round of pickleball or bocce. If fitness is your thing, track your progress on the Great Mile, our private mile-long trail or use the fitness stations along the route.
