If the laws of the state in which the home is located permits the payment of commissions to a licensed real estate broker, real estate agent or licensed Realtor, Realty Systems, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, "RSI") will only pay commissions to a licensed real estate broker, licensed real estate agent or licensed Realtor. For each RSI home that is purchased by a licensed real estate broker, licensed real estate agent or licensed Realtor’s client, RSI will pay a commission of $2,500 on home sales totaling $45,000 or more upon the closing of the sale of the RSI home. The closing process will require the buyer to enter into a rental agreement with a term of 12 months. RSI will pay a commission of $1,000 on home sales totaling less than $45,000 upon the closing of the sale of the RSI home. RSI’s staff is pleased to handle all aspects of the contract administration for each client. Please note that all sales must be written by an RSI representative on an approved RSI contract.
