No Rent Until November 1, 2025 at Select Communities


Rental concession: The rent concession only applies to homes owned and sold by MHC Property Management L.P or an affiliate. Valid only at participating communities, and rent concessions offers vary by community. The offer requires that you enter into a site rental agreement with a term of 12 months and allows you not to pay any site rent until November 1, 2025. Any increase in base rent pursuant to the rental agreement shall not increase the amount of concession given. Must pay any separate charges for taxes, fees and utilities (which may be billed monthly). Rental agreement must be executed by September 25, 2025, to receive the rent concession.
