This site rent concession applies only to new homes owned and sold by MHC Property Management L.P. or an affiliate. Valid only at participating communities and rent concessions offers vary by community. The offer requires that you enter into a rental agreement with a term of 12 months and allows you to not pay any lot rent until October 1, November 1, or December 1 depending on community and select homes in each community. See below for select homes. Any increase in base rent pursuant to the rental agreement shall not increase the amount of concession given. Must pay any separate charges for taxes, fees and utilities (which may be billed monthly). All contracts and related documents must be executed by August 25, 2026 and the sale must close by August 25, 2026. Must meet residency requirements. Offer expires August 25, 2026.
