Kingswood is a 55+ manufactured home community. Living in an enchanted forest is what retirement living is all about. With a 54,000 gallon pool and a 7 person spa all spells relaxation and enjoyment. We also have shuffleboard, bingo, entertainment in the clubhouse, coffee and donuts, sing-a-longs, plays presented by our residents as the cast, water aerobics, line dancing, bridge, poker, and other card games.​

Kingswood has a library, craft room, and two fully equipped kitchens. Our community is divided by a beautiful wildlife area with ducks, geese, owls, raccoons, and many other species of wildlife area for the enjoyment of all. We have homes that are for sale in a wide variety of floor plans, both furnished and unfurnished.

Our homes have storage sheds, carports, screen rooms, all located on good sized lots.
