*Applicants must meet our requirements for residency. Once you submit your application, a representative from the resort will be in contact to process your application fee. There will be an application fee of $50.00 per applicant and $25.00 per additional occupant for all states except California, Massachusetts, New York, $25.00 per applicant and additional occupant in Minnesota, and $9.00 for per applicant and $5.00 per occupant in Colorado, and $25.00 per applicant and no charge per occupant if applying for and currently living in Wisconsin. Canadian application fee will be $75.00 per applicant and occupant.
